Prichard’s BBQ on the Rocks KCBS cook on June 3-4, 2011

Last year my BBQ team, The Killer Hogs, cooked in this Lewisburg KCBS cook-off… and it was a pretty good contest. There were lots of big-name teams and a lot of really good competition. This year, this contest just happens to fall on the same weekend as another KCBS cook-off we are doing… and we can’t do both. But if you are interested in a cook-off in Lewisburg, TN the first weekend in June… then this would be a great choice. They have a great, shady place to set-up… plenty of room… and even though it was June in TN… because of the location it wasn’t that hot.
