It can hold at max capacity approximately 4 pork butts or 12 slabs of loin-back ribs or 8 slabs of large St. Louis cut pork ribs.

The Backwoods G2 Party is perfect cooker… but a Generation 2 model with more depth.

G2 Party smoker which has been modified from their original Party smoker to be deep enough to hold a full steam pan and power coated so it is bonded, heavy duty, will prevent rust longer.

The G2 Party is 6 inches deeper than the original model so a hotel pan/steam pan will be able to fit in the unit.

Plus the new fire/ash pan is a little different because it’s more like a basket. There is no top on it and it has bigger sides.
