This weekend was the local Hernando Water Tower Festival. And Killer Hogs took home 1st place pork, 2nd place ribs, 1st place beef and Grand Champions.

Eddie Reed and Collins Robinson are long-time Killer Hogs and they were the guys who were really running the show this past weekend along with the help of Ben Pickle and Nikki Sutherlen. I was there to help and provide a little support.

But I’m really proud of the ‘que we turned out. No big trailer, no big set-up… just a backwoods, a pop-up tent and a couple tables.

It was a good time.
