We tried to take as many videos at Memphis In May as we possible could! But there was a lot going on this past weekend – a lot of pride and prize money on the line – and (in between all that) a lot of libations being consumed…

And we just got most of them posted to our HowToBBQRight YouTube Channel. You hit that link and start watching our “behind the scenes coverage” of 2011 Memphis In May.

We still have several to add to our Killer Hogs YouTube Channel, but we will get those up today.

I did manage to get a good interview with Tuffy of Cool Smoke, Heath of Pork Barrel BBQ, Wheeler of Natural Born and Mike of Brown Chicken Brown Cow BBQ Team.

I just wish I would have gotten a few more interviews while I was out there… but that is my plan for these upcoming contests this summer.

Aside from the interviews, I have a few tips and a few funny videos.
