    The resource you shared on your webpage,blogs, and video are truly amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your experience and expertise. I have been grilling with two Weber gas grill in the past 10 years. Always great result till I need to slow cook with low temperature. Ceramic grills seem to be a good solution till I checked out their price. So pleased to find the Grilla Kong from your webpage. Price is good and it worked well in your video. It will be greatly appreciated if you can help me making my decision by answering few questions.
    1. How durable do you think the Kong will be?
    2. Do you think the ceramic parts in Kong are solid with quality?
    3. How does the Kong compare to Big Green Egg in the area of build quality, performance and durabllity?
