For our private classes, we create an exclusive experience based on what you want to learn. It’s fully customized to you.

You tell us which meats and recipes you would like to master, and we’ll build a 1-of-a-kind class and create a corresponding, detailed handout with all the procedures and recipes.

Then when you arrive we’ll walk you through every step of the cooking process in a real, hands-on experience.
