The other weekend we practiced our KCBS entries, we practiced our times and tried out a few new rubs and sauces.
Normally we cook loin-back ribs, but this weekend we decided to cook St. Louis Spares. We were very happy with the way these turned out – and we plan on entering this same recipe this weekend.
