All weekend long I have been working to get in the KCBS mindset. After MBN and Memphis In May it’s a big change… but I am looking forward to it!
I have cooked ribs, 2 briskets and 2 batches of competition BBQ chicken the past few days… and I can’t wait for this weekend!
I am looking forward to cooking because I have a few tricks I am dying to try out. I want to see how everything is going to score this weekend!
