To create the sandwich, you take a jumbo size bun and lay down a thick slice of BBQ Bologna. On top of the bologna pile up as much pulled pork as you can stand for me it’s about 1/3 lb (on the first sammich!) Next drizzle on The BBQ Sauce as little or much as you desire.
Top the whole thing off with a heaping mound of coleslaw and the top bun. (you can get the recipe for my coleslaw here) You better roll your sleeves up for the Mississippi Peace Maker because it’s going to get messy!
