Thermoworks Smoke Review

Smoke is a new dual probe meat thermometer from Thermoworks. It’s the best dual probe thermometer I’ve found. It was designed with competition bbq teams and backyard bbqers in mind – so you can monitor the internal temps and turn out perfect bbq every time. You can watch your pit temp and your internal meat temp at the same time – on one device – and the remote will give you accurate reads up to 300 ft. Check out the Smoke Thermometer here >> Features:

I have been a huge fan of your site. You are one of the main reasons I got into smoking and I am constantly coming back to the site for information and recipes.

I recently purchased the Smoke and it was spot on for temperature and i was very happy with how the unit worked, but there was a major issue with the range for the two units to communicate. I found that with the base unit on my back patio, and the handheld unit on my front porch (80 feet apart), that i constantly kept dropping connection. I was really bummed about that because the unit i had before that was a cheap unit i got on amazon would stay connected at the same distance.
