Grilled Chicken Pitas Recipe & Malcom’s Favorite Things

This week on the HowToBBQRight Podcast, we talk about the HowToBBQRight App (6:05) and the Steak Contest we cooked last weekend (9:16). Then we talk Grilled Chicken Pitas (11:49), how to serve these pitas for dinner (13:40) and what we did with the leftovers (16:30). And in honor of Malcom’s birthday, I asked him about his favorite foods, restaurants and grills (29:10).

About Malcom and Rachelle Reed

We started HowToBBQRight in 2007. We didn’t know what we were doing… but Malcom loved to cook BBQ and I knew just enough about designing a website to build one. Now we sell our own line of Killer Hogs BBQ Products and create weekly recipes for our HowToBBQRight YouTube Channel and website – and now we’re doing a Podcast! To us, it’s all about cooking delicious food and taking pride in everything we cook.

  2. Glen says:

I couldn’t find th marinade so I substitute a Greek salad dressing, and I couldn’t find the Greek spice so I looked it up online and made it. I used equal parts of dill, oregano, salt pepper, onion and garlic powder. It was a very good recipe we enjoyed it very much.
