- 8–10lb smoked spiral ham
- 1/2 cup pure Vermont maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons maple sugar or substitute raw sugar
- Prepare pellet smoker for indirect smoking at 275 degrees
- Remove ham from packaging and place on smoker for 2 hours.
- Brush maple syrup over the ham and dust with maple sugar.
- Glaze ham for 30 minutes internal temperature should be 140 degrees.
- Carve ham away from bone and serve.
