Add a slice of jalapeno to the chicken before you wrap with the bacon. Exactly how we fix dove after a successful hunt.

Don’t understand the low ratings. These are a crowd pleaser everywhere I go. I experiment with a few different rubs, but I generally follow what Malcom has presented. I have people requesting these all of the time.

These are absolutely awesome!! I don’t get the low rating either. Do you use thick or thin bacon?
