About Malcom and Rachelle Reed

We started HowToBBQRight in 2007. We didn’t know what we were doing… but Malcom loved to cook BBQ and I knew just enough about designing a website to build one. Now we sell our own line of Killer Hogs BBQ Products and create weekly recipes for our HowToBBQRight YouTube Channel and website – and now we’re doing a Podcast! To us, it’s all about cooking delicious food and taking pride in everything we cook.

  1. Robert Burdette says:

Hey Malcolm my name is Robert Burdette I am 61 years old live in Austin Texas and one of my hobbies is barbecuing smoke and I’m not great at it but I love to do it and I love what you do and I’m interested in your recipes even though my wife says to leave mine alone that there’s nothing wrong with it
I did a cook off that had 15 teams in it and I got first place ribs 2nd place chicken and first place salsa and that’s about all I can hang my hat on and a pitmaster told me at one time it doesn’t matter how many teams there are if it’s a competition and you placed you need to feel good about it
