Pork Baste Recipe
This recipe is a simple baste for pork butts and whole shoulders.
Championship BBQ Pork Baste Recipe
- 1 cup Apple Juice
- 1/4 cup Garlic Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup Water
Pour all ingredients into container.
Shake well and keep refrigerated.
Very simple recipe, but it will help to keep your meat moist, flavorful and also help you to build a nice bark on your pork shoulders and pork butts.
