Taste-Testing BBQ Sauce and Rub

Every few weeks I order a new BBQ sauce – or BBQ rub – I haven’t tried. I am always on the look-out for the best sauces and rubs on the market… and my faveorite to test-out are the ones developed and produced by competition BBQ teams. I just got a new shipment in right before Memphis In May, but over the next few weeks I will let you know how each of them stack up.
