Barbecue Nachos are something you find at every football game in the south. And barbecue nachos are perfect football food.
You’ve got to have some great pulled pork to make your barbecue nachos. You can re-heat some leftover barbecue
(which is what we usually do for our football parties). Or you can cook it fresh and have it for people to make sandwiches and barbecue nachos.
If you need a recipe for pulled pork,

To assemble your barbecue nachos you need a few things:
- tortilla chips
- nacho cheese dip
- pulled pork
- bbq sauce
- bbq rub
- jalapenos (optional)
For our football parties, we like to have all these ingredients laid out buffet-style. And it makes it really easy to have your nacho cheese in a crock-pot. This way everyone can make their own barbecue nachos to their liking.
To assemble your barbecue nachos, start with a good layer of tortilla chips. Then add your pulled pork, bbq sauce and a good layer of nacho cheese dip. To top it all off you sprinkle your favorite bbq rub and add as many jalapenos as you like.
That’s it for the perfect barbecue nachos. This is perfect football food for tailgates or parties at home.
