Chef's Delight Charcoal

This is a picture of the charcoal I use, Chef’s Delight, and I explain why in my bbq blog post. I use only the “pure” charcoal when I am smoking a whole hog or grilling a ribeye steak. And it’s always a good idea to take the time to find out what’s in the charcoal you are using on your BBQ meat… because it really does make a difference. And as always, if you have any questions just email me.
