I just wrote a new blog post about whats in charcoal… and what you need to know about the charcoal you use when you BBQ.
You can check this blog post out by going to my bbqbackyard.com profile (and while you are there you can check the website out and find out more tips and information on bbq).
Can Charcoal Give Your BBQ Bad Flavor?
This is a picture of the charcoal I use, Chef’s Delight, and I explain why in my bbq blog post.
I use only the “pure” charcoal when I am smoking a whole hog or grilling a ribeye steak.
And it’s always a good idea to take the time to find out what’s in the charcoal you are using on your BBQ meat… because it really does make a difference.
And as always, if you have any questions just email me.
